The doctor was very friendly as usual, took the time to answer my questions thoroughly, and reviewed all of the IUD information prior to the procedure. The doctor and nurses were very patient with me as I took more than 30 minutes to produce a urine sample before he could begin. He also stopped in the middle of the process to allow me to use the restroom. I appreciated that he told me honestly when he couldn’t complete the insertion and explained why. Great job!

They simultaneouslycalmed her down and removed ear wax. A wheelchair was provided to assist mom’s transport back to car located in parking garage. Thereby allowed my 91 year-old mom to save steps.

Dr. Tran is very professional and kind and very solicitous. He took care of mom’s medical needs quite well. I wish UCLA still had geriatric physicians who also care for dementia patients: a one stop shop. Whereas now, care for mom takes at least two visits: PCP and Dementia team.
