Thank you for visiting JT Family Care, a family medicine clinic based in East San Jose, California! We see patients of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors/elderly, and practice outpatient pediatrics, outpatient internal medicine, and outpatient geriatrics.
At JT Family Care, we recognize that each person is unique, with different beliefs, cultures, backgrounds, and values. John Tran is from the East Side of San Jose, and is a proud graduate of Mount Pleasant High School. He also completed his undergraduate, medical school, and residency at UCLA. He graduated as chief resident from the UCLA Family Medicine Residency, where he developed his passion for teaching both students and patients. As Volunteer Clinical Faculty, he taught UCLA seminars on racial, social, and ethnic disparities in healthcare, and learned how social inequities have affected socially disadvantaged populations of San Jose. He has always dreamed of becoming a physician to reduce health disparities in San Jose, and now gets the opportunity to help.
