Although we value timeliness, we recognize the difficulties of public transit and will always respect the effort it takes to get here. Growing up and using the bus in East San Jose, it took Dr. Tran and his mother an hour to get to the doctor’s office. For that reason, Dr. Tran has never turned away any patients for being late, and vows to continue this practice in an effort to respect his patients’ time.
