We accept most major insurance plans. Our office participates in most Medicare, Medi-Cal, HMO, and PPO insurance programs and networks. For patients with little to no insurance, we are more than happy to assist you. We believe that everyone deserves affordable and excellent health care.

Sliding Fee Scale Policy
We offer a sliding fee scale policy with discounts for patients who qualify on the basis of limited income or family size. This program allows qualifying patients to receive medical care at a lower cost. Please contact our office for more information. Please bring at least one of the following forms of documentation with you if you wish to apply:
– Your most recent tax form (1040, 1040A, 1040EZ)
– If you do not file taxes, a recent check stub(s) from your employer
– A summary of benefits letter from SSA, welfare, or social services agency.
